Day 3 was not as sunny as the other days but we were very excited as, besides the general cleaning, we start the planting process with our first pepper plants next to our spices station. 
We also continue to organise and implement the waste sorting and compost making at the workshop. All our team is motivated to make efforts and to build new habits to help protect the environment.
