Sustainable Practices at Senteurs d’Angkor: How We’re Making a Difference.

At Senteurs d’Angkor Workshop and Garden, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From sourcing natural, locally grown ingredients to using eco-friendly packaging, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact while celebrating Cambodia’s rich heritage. Our artisans handcraft products using traditional methods, ensuring minimal waste and energy consumption. We prioritize natural materials such as lemongrass, coconut, and palm leaves, supporting local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture. By embracing a circular economy, we transform byproducts like coconut shells into beautiful soap holder, reusable containers, giving new life to every resource.

Beyond our products, we focus on empowering our community through sustainable initiatives. Our workshops provide fair employment opportunities, fostering skills development and preserving traditional Cambodian craftsmanship. We have also eliminated plastic packaging wherever possible, opting for biodegradable and recyclable alternatives.

Visitors to our workshop can see these eco-conscious efforts in action, experiencing firsthand how sustainability and artistry go hand in hand. Through these initiatives, Senteurs d’Angkor Workshop and Garden is not just creating exquisite products, handcrafted goods we’re making a lasting, positive impact on the environment and the people of Cambodia.
