Every morning, the white water lilies are now blooming next to our shop. While on the rooftop of the shop, ou solar panels are working all day to provide electricity to the entire office building. 
Our team also worked on wooden structures to create shadows to protect the plants of the rooftop to help them grow in the best conditions. 
We are also excited about our first rice harvest at Senteurs d’Angkor from our own rice field. The rice grains dried the whole day under the sun before the removal of their envelopes (hulls) 
while the rice plants leaves dried as well in order to be use by farmers, to fill up chicken houses for example.

Our number of varieties of plants and trees keep increasing and we have planted now : coffee trees, cocoa trees, banana tree, breadfruit tree and more! Hope they will grow well so we can see their fruits one day. Can’t wait to see how it will turn out!
