Customs
It is the customer’s responsibility to get information about the current regulations applied in the destination country. Senteurs d’Angkor Workshop cannot, in any circumstances, be held responsible for customs cost or clearance refusal in the country of destination. No reimbursement of the order can be claimed even in the event of return of the goods by the carrier.
Return policy
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us (for any reason) by the postal service can not be refunded nor redeemed.
DHL Express Shipping
Delivery within 5-7 days. All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express. Your order will be shipped the same or following business day after the payment reception.
Packaging
The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the parcel including the natural packaging that wrap and protect each product. Usually it represents 10% of the total order’s weight.
Secure Payment
When you place an order, your credit card information are kept confidential and erase from our data once the payment is settled.
Prices
The prices listed on our website, are in US dollar (US$) currency. The selling price excludes any transportation. We ship almost anywhere from 50 USD minimum order (except Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, Russia and Syria).

Natural Packaging
Most of our products come wrapped in natural packaging which are equally beautiful and protective. Only when necessary, we use an extra layer of bubble wrap inside the parcel.
As mentioned in the Customs info card above, it is the customer’s responsibility to get information about the current regulations applied in the destination country. From our own experience sending our products abroad, here is non exhaustive list of notes related to countries:
Spain: Due to very tight regulations, we stopped sending our cosmetics to Spain.
For security reasons, all of our products containing alcohol are not allowed by DHL express, our unique shipping partner. This concerns the following products: Home spray, aromatic blend for burner, home diffuser refill and perfume. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Australia requires labels to have the latin name of the product. We have updated those accordingly.
So far, so good.
Like any of our product, the Eco range of home cleaning product is produced locally. Because these products are heavy and some of them contain alcohol, we only sell those within Cambodia though local delivery services. Thank you for your understanding.
As we aim to reduce the amount of plastic we use, some of our products are packaged in glass jars or wood which increases the price of the shipping significantly. For that concern, we do not sell all of those heavy products on our website. If you had a special request and did not mind paying the extra weight, you are welcome to contact us.
